A little about gov tenders in Ukraine

Taking into account the holding of Euro 2012 in Ukraine there is a growth market of national tender relating to the construction of infrastructure for the European football championship (stadiums, hotels, roads, electrical substations, etc.)
In order to avoid of abuse in the market of state procurement, to creation of competitive environment and to escape corruption, the national administration has introduced lawgiving mechanisms of regulation of state procurement process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government tenders have changed a few times. The existing law of government procurements contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of government money.
